*Terms and Conditions for the $249 General Service Offer
1. The following service work will be performed as part of the $249 service offer:
- Engine oil and filter replacement (oil and filter included).
- Safety and check report.
- Battery performance test.
- Car tyre checks for wear, damage and pressure.
- Brake system check (front and rear).
- External drive belt inspection (tension and condition of belt).
- Vehicle lights check (brake lights, headlights, reverse lights and turn signal lights.
- Engine fluid levels report.
- Motor, gearbox and differential checks for oil leaks.
- Road test vehicle to check operation of steering and brakes.
2. The $249 service offer does not include any labour, parts or consumables, or other costs except to the extent set out above, including without limitation:
- any work that is identified as required to be carried out as a result of the service;
- parts or consumables required to be replaced as a result of the service, except as expressly set out above;
- labour to carry out any additional work, including fitment or replacement of any parts or consumables.
3. The service technician will provide the customer with a written quote to carry out any service or maintenance work recommended to be carried out following the $249 Service. No additional work will be carried out without the customer’s prior authorisation.
4. The following vehicles are not eligible for the $249 Service offer:
- any vehicle subject to a Fleet program, being a vehicle that is managed by a Fleet company or is subject to a Novatel lease;
- any 4WD vehicle;
- any prestige or high performance vehicle, as determined by the dealership;
- any vehicle fitted with a V8 engine (V8 vehicle);
The dealership will confirm the eligibility of the vehicle make and model prior to carrying out any service work.
5. The $249 Service is not a manufacturer log book service or standard scheduled service. The vehicle’s log book will not indicate that any scheduled service has been carried out. The customer may discuss with the service advisor whether the $249 Service is appropriate for the vehicle.
6. Non Original Equipment Manufacturer parts and consumables may be used in the service.
7. The customer must request the $249 Service at time of booking, and in any event before any service work is performed. Bookings are subject to availability.
9. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
10. The dealership may withdraw or amend this offer at any time in its sole and unfettered discretion.
